3. Add the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
4. Cook Low and Slow
Cover and cook on LOW for 1 to 1½ hours, until the edges are golden and the center is set. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
Do not overcook – the slow cooker continues to “bake” the bars after you turn it off.
