Colorful Almond Petit Fours
Ingredients:

500 g ground blanched almonds

250 g powdered sugar

2 eggs

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla or orange blossom water

A pinch of salt

Food coloring (different colors)

Apricot or strawberry jam

Melted chocolate (for decoration)
Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix ground almonds, powdered sugar, and salt.

Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until you get a soft dough.

Divide the dough into portions and color each one with food coloring.

Shape small cookies (flowers, rolls, balls, or fingers).

Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 10–12 minutes (do not overbake).

Let the cookies cool completely.

Stick some cookies together with jam and decorate with melted chocolate.
