Melt In Your Mouth Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.

2. Make the coating
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Coat the chicken
Generously coat each chicken breast on all sides with the mixture.

4. Bake
Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C) and the top is golden brown.

5. Garnish and serve
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy the tender, juicy chicken that truly melts in your mouth!
