How to make herbal tea with bay leaves and cloves

Step 1: Boil water

Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.

Step 2: Add herbs

Add bay leaves and cloves to boiling water.

Step 3: Simmering

Reduce heat and simmer the mixture for  10–12 minutes  to allow the herbs to release their natural oils and aroma.

Step 4: Strain and serve

Remove from heat, strain into a cup and sweeten lightly with honey or, if preferred, lemon.
