Carrot, beetroot, and banana: the recipe for the juice of life (a drink for which polite members are always grateful!).

Preparation
Wash and peel the carrots and beets.
Cut everything into small pieces.
Place in a blender with the banana.
Add water or orange juice.
Blend until smooth.

👉 If you want a lighter smoothie, strain it.
👉 If you want a more nutritious smoothie, drink it as is.
