Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Set oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment if desired. - Arrange Bacon
Lay the strips in a single layer. They can touch but shouldn’t overlap. - Bake
Place the pan on the center rack and bake until crispy:- Regular cut: 15–18 minutes
- Thick cut: 18–22 minutes
- Drain & Serve
Transfer bacon to a paper‑towel‑lined plate to soak up excess grease. Serve immediately.
