Parsley Bowl Method: Fresh for a Long Time
The most widely used method is undoubtedly the one favored by chefs, which is based on preserving the ingredient for more than a month. First, the parsley should be washed and thoroughly dried, and then finely chopped in a bowl. Once full, you can pour it into a glass jar with an airtight seal.

At this point, you can store it in a cool, dry place, not in the refrigerator, for up to a month. Parsley can also be stored in another way. Simply cut off the bottom part, the stems, about 12mm high to allow the leaves to absorb all the necessary water.

The parsley leaves should be dry. At this point, the sprigs can be placed in a glass container filled three-quarters full with water. This container can then be placed in the refrigerator. To preserve the parsley, wrap a plastic bag around the container and secure it with a rubber band.

This method is known for retaining moisture in the leaves, preventing them from drying out.
