Ground Beef Skillet

 Instructions

1. Cook the beef

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

  • Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper

  • Cook until browned, breaking it apart (about 5–7 minutes)

  • Remove from pan and set aside

2. Sauté vegetables

  • In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil

  • Cook onions until soft (about 3 minutes)

  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds

  • Stir in zucchini and cook until slightly tender

3. Add tomatoes & seasoning

  • Add cherry tomatoes and oregano

  • Cook until tomatoes soften and release juices

4. Combine everything

  • Return beef to the skillet

  • Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes

5. Finish & serve

  • Sprinkle feta cheese on top

  • Garnish with fresh parsley

  • Serve warm

 Tips & Variations

  • Add chili flakes for heat

  • Serve with rice, pasta, or flatbread

  • Swap feta with mozzarella for a milder flavor

  • Add olives for extra Mediterranean taste
