Instructions
1. Cook the beef

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper

Cook until browned, breaking it apart (about 5–7 minutes)

Remove from pan and set aside
2. Sauté vegetables

In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil
-
Cook onions until soft (about 3 minutes)

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
-
Stir in zucchini and cook until slightly tender
3. Add tomatoes & seasoning

Add cherry tomatoes and oregano
-
Cook until tomatoes soften and release juices
4. Combine everything
-
Return beef to the skillet
-
Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes
5. Finish & serve

Sprinkle feta cheese on top

Garnish with fresh parsley

Serve warm
