Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Pinwheels (Crispy, Easy & Irresistible)

1 Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2 Prepare the Pastry

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.

3 Add the Filling

Spread a thin layer of mustard (optional).

4 Roll & Slice

Roll the pastry tightly into a log (like a Swiss roll).
Slice into 1–2 cm thick rounds.

5 Arrange & Bake
