Ingredients:
* **2 lbs beef stew meat**, cut into 1-inch cubes
* **3 tbsp all-purpose flour**
* **Salt and pepper**, to taste
* **2 tbsp olive oil**
* **1 large onion**, chopped
* **3 cloves garlic**, minced
* **4 cups beef broth**
* **1 cup red wine** (optional, can replace with more broth)
* **2 tbsp tomato paste**
* **1 tsp dried thyme**
* **1 tsp dried rosemary**
* **2 bay leaves**
* **4 large carrots**, sliced
* **3 medium potatoes**, peeled and diced
* **2 stalks celery**, sliced
* **1 cup frozen peas**
* **1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce** (optional, for depth of flavor)
