Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 100g deli ham sliced
  • 80g Genoa salami sliced
  • 80g pepperoni slices
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce plus extra for dipping
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving the edges clean.
  4. Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly across the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and a bit of parmesan on top.
  6. Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
  7. Place the log seam-side down on the baking tray and make small slits on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the stromboli is golden brown.
  9. Mix the melted butter, garlic, oregano, parsley, and pepper, then brush the mixture over the hot stromboli.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan, slice, and serve with extra pizza sauce.
