- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 100g deli ham sliced
- 80g Genoa salami sliced
- 80g pepperoni slices
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce plus extra for dipping
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving the edges clean.
- Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly across the dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and a bit of parmesan on top.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
- Place the log seam-side down on the baking tray and make small slits on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the stromboli is golden brown.
- Mix the melted butter, garlic, oregano, parsley, and pepper, then brush the mixture over the hot stromboli.
- Sprinkle the remaining parmesan, slice, and serve with extra pizza sauce.
