3. Preparing the cake
Step 1: Mix the liquid ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk 2 eggs with 225g of sugar until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Add 250 ml of orange juice and the zest. Mix.
Next, add 200g of oil (or melted butter). Mix until you obtain a smooth texture.
Step 2: Prepare the dry ingredients
In another bowl, mix
• 2 cups of sifted flour
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Mix well to distribute the yeast evenly.
