Homemade Baileys for Christmas gifts!

Homemade Baileys (Irish Cream Liqueur)

About 1 liter (4 cups)

Ingredients
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

1 cup (240 ml) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup (240 ml) Irish whiskey
(Jameson is classic, but any smooth whiskey works)

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon almond extract (optional but very “Baileys”)

Optional extras:

Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (very subtle)

1 teaspoon cocoa powder for deeper chocolate flavor
