Candied Kielbasa Bites

A sweet, smoky, and tangy appetizer made with kielbasa sausage, brown sugar, ketchup, and horseradish. Perfect for parties!

  • Knife, baking dish, spoon, chopsticks (optional)
  • 2 lbs kielbasa sausage
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Hasselback slices for better glaze absorption.
  4. Mix sugar, ketchup, horseradish in baking dish.
  5. Stir in kielbasa, bake uncovered 60–90 minutes, stirring every 20 min.
  6. Serve warm.

Add chili flakes for spice.
