4 medium potatoes, peeled & chopped
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
Homemade Gravy
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
Salt & pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

2️⃣ Prepare the Meatloaf

In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients.
Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).

Shape into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.

3️⃣ Add the Glaze

Mix glaze ingredients and spread evenly over the meatloaf.

4️⃣ Bake

Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until fully cooked through.

Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

5️⃣ Make the Mashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes until tender.
Drain and mash.

Add butter and milk, then mix until smooth and creamy.

6️⃣ Prepare the Gravy

Melt butter in a pan.
Add flour and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Slowly whisk in beef broth and simmer until thickened.
