Serve cold, plain or garnished with:
Fresh fruit
Shredded coconut
Cinnamon
Condensed milk (if you like it sweeter!)
Tips:
Stir constantly while cooking to prevent lumps and sticking!
You can replace some of the milk with a plant-based drink (such as almond or oat milk).
If you prefer a firmer texture, add 1 extra tablespoon of cornstarch.
