Creamy Mango Mosaic Pudding

A refreshing, flourless “broken glass” dessert.

What You’ll Need

For the Jelly Cubes:

  • 2 packs (80g each) Orange or Mango flavored jelly powder.

  • Hot water (Use about 25% less water than the box instructions for a firmer cube).

For the Creamy Base:

  • 1 can (400ml) Sweetened condensed milk.

  • 1 can (300ml) Evaporated milk (or heavy cream for a richer taste).

  • 1 cup Whole milk.

  • 4 tablespoons Unflavored gelatin powder.

  • 1/2 cup Cold water (to bloom the gelatin).
