Instructions
Layer the ingredients
Place the beef in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the potatoes and carrots on top. Pour the broth over everything without stirring.
Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the meat and vegetables are tender.
Finish (Optional)
Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if needed. For added depth, stir in a splash of Worcestershire sauce or sprinkle in fresh herbs.
