- 1 cup carrots diced
- ½ cup celery diced
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1 inch cubes about 1 lb or 5-6 medium sized potatoes
- 4 cups vegetable use low/no sodium!
- 2 cups cooked chopped in small 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped finely
- 1/4 teaspoon salt optional
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup peas
- 1.5 cups milk of choice
- Optional to thicken : ¼ cup flour or tapicoa flour
