330 g 00 flour (T55 or T45)
6 g active dry yeast (or 18 g fresh yeast)
2 teaspoons salt
40 g sugar (mixed with the flour)
1 teaspoon sugar (added to the yeast)
80 g softened butter
15 g milk
15 g warm water
4 eggs
1 bowl sugar for coating
