Ingredients: 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves (or a small sprig of fresh rosemary), 250 ml water, juice of a quarter lemon (optional)
Preparation: Bring water to a boil, turn off the tap, add rosemary, and cover. Let steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain and add lemon juice.
Directions: Drink one cup daily, up to three times a week. This infusion promotes circulation and has a mild anti-inflammatory effect. Do not exceed this dose.
Hot compress
Ingredients: A generous handful of fresh or dried rosemary, hot water, a small towel. Preparation: Prepare a strong infusion of rosemary and boiling water. Let steep for 15 minutes and strain. Soak a clean towel in the hot infusion (strain).
