Preparation

Place the iceberg salad, corn, ham, pepper, and onion in a large bowl.
Mix the mayonnaise and yogurt until smooth, season with salt and pepper (and optional lemon juice).
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Let it steep for at least 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

It’s especially delicious with grilled dishes, parties, or as a quick dinner.
You can also add peas, a cube of cheese, or pineapple.
