Two-Layer Green Grape Jelly

Ingredients

Grape Layer (Transparent)
• 3 cups seedless green grapes
• 1 packet lemon or green grape flavored gelatin
• 1 packet unflavored gelatin
• 1 cup hot water
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup green grape juice or water

Creamy Layer
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 packet unflavored gelatin
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup milk

Step-by-Step Preparation

Prepare the Grapes

Wash, sanitize, and halve the grapes.

Place them inside the mold so they are visible from the sides.

Prepare the clear gelatin

Dissolve the lemon or grape gelatin in 1 cup of hot water.
Hydrate the unflavored gelatin with ½ cup of cold water, let it sit for 5 minutes, and then melt it.
Mix it with the flavored gelatin and add the juice or water.
