Two-Layer Green Grape Jelly

Carefully pour over the grapes.

Refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until firm to the touch but not hard.

3️⃣ Prepare the creamy layer

Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water and melt it.

Blend:

• sweetened condensed milk

• evaporated milk

• cream

• 1/2 cup of milk

• dissolved gelatin

Blend until smooth.

Pour the creamy layer

When the grape layer is semi-firm,
slowly pour the creamy mixture over it using a spoon to avoid breaking the base.

Refrigerate

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).

Unmold and decorate

Carefully unmold. Garnish with:
• halved grapes
• whipped cream
• lemon zest or pistachios
