Body Types: Are You an Ectomorph, Mesomorph, or Endomorph?

The test shown in the image allows you to estimate your body type by measuring the circumference of your wrist relative to the size of your hand. The three main body types are ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph.

A – Ectomorph: The thumb and middle finger overlap significantly when the wrist is wrapped around the other hand. This type is typically characterized by thin bones, long limbs, and difficulty gaining weight or muscle mass.

B – Mesomorph: The thumb and middle finger barely touch when wrapped around the wrist. This type is often associated with an athletic build, good natural musculature, and an easy ability to develop muscle.

C – Endomorph: The thumb and middle finger do not touch when the wrist is flexed. This type is typically characterized by thicker bone structure, a greater tendency to accumulate fat, and difficulty losing weight.
